Custom orders

Once we accept your order, we usually advise a lead time of 2 to 4 weeks plus shipping time. This can sometimes take longer depending on the timescales to source specific fabrics.

Ready-made orders

Our ready made items cannot be customised but are in stock and dispatched within 3 working days from receiving payment.

Delivery charges

UK Mainland deliveries – £4.00.

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For service. We reserve the right to use alternative courier options as may be deemed necessary. We will always inform you of the delivery option at the point of dispatch.

Returns/exchanges

We hope that you love your purchases however if you are not entirely happy with your ready made product we will happily accept a return for a full refund or exchange within 14 days from original payment date. Contact us to arrange a return of your product by emailing daniel@studioaddelam.co.uk.

Returns conditions

We will only accept returns on ready made products which are returned in new and unused condition.

We do not accept returns on bespoke orders.

If you return your purchase after the periods outlined above we reserve the right to refuse a refund.

All refunds will be credited to your original payment method.

Refund delivery charges – you will be entitled to a full refund, provided you meet the terms of the above policy. We are unable to refund delivery charges for your returns unless items are faulty. We suggest all returns are sent via Recorded Delivery Service and retain proof of postage.

Product care

All products are hand made using a combination of fabrics. Therefore they are not suitable for home washing machines. We suggest that all bags are accessories are wiped clean with a damp cloth. For significant marks and stains, we advise you to seek professional cleaning services advice.

On arrival your purchase may have some crumpling which is normal. A cool iron can be used on most products to remove. If you are unsure, please contact us for more details.
